We are now moving on to round 2 of the 100 push ups challenge! For those of you who missed it, here is a recap of how everyone did during the first round. We had 20 challengers sign up and send in an initial video. This definitely has me encouraged!
Even if you are not one of the official challengers, you can still take part in the challenge and keep me updated on your progress via email. I am hoping to see a lot of people decide to “unofficially” join the challenge – especially with all of the New Year resolutions that people made this year.
So far we have seen YFS make a 20-push up jump from his first round performance! Now we are going to look at two ladies who have both improved since the first round.
First up we have Alexis – here are her stats…

Alexis actually got into a skiing accident between the first and second round, so I am really proud of her for making a large improvement!
Next up we have Katy – here are her stats…
Reason for joining the challenge: “I need to increase my physical activity and get back in the habit of exercising on a regular basis.”

Katy is one of the smaller challengers, but she still mad an improvement over her first round video!
Be sure to cheer all of the challengers on, and give them encouragement and tips.
