After Only Two Workouts, Sore Just Doesn’t Cover It!

Well, I told you how hard it was for me to get through my workout on Thursday. Leslie Sansone’s Walk Slim – 4 Fast Miles DVD had me struggling to finish! Then I proceeded to dig two cars out of the snow – after they had been plowed in! Then I woke up extremely sore. Being sore is partly good, because it tells me that my muscles actually worked hard.

Well, last night when I got home from work we did the same workout, with the Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 stretching routine to finish it off. It was harder to go through the workout because my body (especially my calves) was so sore from the night before, and I still don’t have any stamina!

I managed to get through the workout and the stretching in one piece, but I woke up feeling more sore than yesterday! I wanted to take a day off, but I don’t think my wife is going to let me get away with that! 😥

We just finished running a few errands and, of course, I was tempted to buy some pizza while we were out. But then I thought about the fact that the pizza would probably negate all of the work I put in the last couple of days! So we came home and fixed something healthy here.

I just couldn’t face the thought of my soreness being in vain!
