Continuing in the tradition started at KNS Financial, I plan to post my answers to these questions in order to see exactly “how I feel about money”.  I’m not sure how often I plan to do this, but I’m thinking once every two weeks to start.

The idea is that you list five questions about money and answer them each week. The first four questions stay the same, and the fifth one changes each week. I think it will be fun for us to look back over time and see how our answers have changed!

1. The most I’ve spent this last week was on _____.

$150 in order to file my annual report to the state! Plus, another $65 to renew my tax preparer information with the IRS! By the way, contact me if you need professional tax preparation!

2. Today I feel _______towards money.

Great! I haven’t eaten out yet this month! I know that there have only been 4 days, did you really have to burst my bubble?!?!

3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free/inexpensive thing I did last week that made me happy was _____________.

Laugh at Leslie Sansone with my wife.

4. I will consider this week a success if I _____________.

I workout every day (except Sunday), get ahead on all of my articles, have devotion with my wife every day, and eat healthy!

5. I plan to spend $___ on my Valentine’s Day ideas.

Can’t tell you…my wife may be reading (it’s a secret :-D) .

So, there you have it! I plan to answer these questions once a week (changing the 5th one), and I hope you’ll join me. Please answer these questions in the comments, and discuss each other’s answers. I also want to hear your feedback about my answers.

Here are the questions without my answers, so you can copy them:

2. Today I feel _______towards money.

3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free/inexpensive thing I did last week that made me happy was _____________.

1. The most I’ve spent this last week was on: Violin Strings – just bought a new set and it was bloody expensive! Still it was needed, I’d run out of spares.

2. Today I feel towards money: Like I should be saving and not spending on expensive (but vital) violin strings!!!

3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free/inexpensive thing I did last week that made me happy was: went to the pub with friends but didn’t drink alcohol, and had all the more better conversations for it!

4. I will consider this week a success if I: don’t get any takeaways

5. I plan to spend $0 on my Valentine’s Day ideas. No one to spend it on currently! Hahaha!
