I think that the last few weeks has been some of the busiest time in my life! Because of that, I have really struggled to keep up with all of my responsibilities. This is why I highlighted the need to better time management the other day (when my sister yelled at me instead of showing sympathy).
I wasn’t able to wake up early enough to do the Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6 workout, however, I was able to make a smoothie with our Rival Handheld Immersion Blender. I am writing this during lunch, but so far I had a lot more energy than usual today.
I can’t wait to get home after work and do the workout. I also plan to do the 15-minute stretching routine as well – and since losing weight is such a huge priority for me, I won’t even make a big deal about giving up almost 1 1/2 hours of my already packed evening!
The fruit smoothie that I mentioned above was my breakfast! I then had leftovers from this weekend for lunch – yesterday, I was worried that I would have to eat out for lunch today! I also have some raw almonds with me in case I need an afternoon snack before leaving work.
As for dinner, I’m not sure what my wife is planning, but I know that it will be both healthy and tasty! I won’t even have the urge to stop somewhere to get extra cheese pizza (ummmmmmmm…pizza!).
I am sick of being in debt, and I understand that every dollar that I spend eating out, or even buying junk from the grocery store, means being under the bondage of debt longer than I have to!
I have some work to do this evening for my Tax Preparation and Financial Consulting business, so I probably won’t be able to take a look at our personal finances until tomorrow – but I’ll be sure to let you know how I’m doing!
I also plan to spend at least an hour in prayer and bible study with my wife – this will be the top priority every evening!
