Sherrian went to the doctor to get the results of her sleep study and the results were shocking. The phone call she received an hour later was even more of a surprise!
Khaleef finally got his testosterone after a really long and frustrating ordeal. It’s only been a few days, so it’s too soon to note any big changes.
Khaleef got a fitbit so he can stop crying about his phone messing up his steps 😀 His Instagram post showed the discrepancy between the two, but it’s good to have more accurate info on steps and sleep again.
We ate out way too much this week, but there were a lot more headaches and no sleep. That’s the one struggle we’ve always had and have to work hard to control. Maybe we need an #eatingoutchallenge for this month!
Here were my stats for the week – they were a big improvement over the previous week, even though my phone still missed a lot:
Even though I no longer have my #GearFit2 I was able to beat the average number of steps and active minutes for men using the #shealth app. . As I posted earlier in our weekly update, my brother gave me (really Sherrian) his old #fitbitflex so I will be able to track my steps and sleep again! 🙋🏾♂️🙋🏾♂️ . I’ll probably post from both apps next week to compare the two.
