We have lost over 34lbs over the last 14 weeks.
We are very happy with that number since it happened as Sherrian had major surgery and I got about 4 hours of sleep (total) and had no testosterone during that time! We still have another 216lbs to lose combined so we aren’t going to let up (especially since I still can’t fit into most of my clothes).
Sherrian set a goal of working out for 3 days last week, but a sinus infection meant no working out.
I was a part of daily, weekly, and weekend steps challenges through the fitbit app and it really pushed me to walk a lot more. Also, since I am trying to get my heart rate up when I walk, I always feel wiped out at the end of the day.
We challenged ourselves to not eat out at all unless we are hanging out with friends or celebrating something. Sherrian felt horrible one day last week and had to eat her prepared dinner for lunch, which led to her ordering ramen for dinner – her brother treated her so it only counts as half a failure lol. After a long day on Sunday, we knew we wouldn’t have the time or energy to do our meal prep (it will be done today instead) so we got sandwiches for dinner.
I heard from the airline for the last time about my watch. It is officially lost and they are calling off the search.
My steps goal for each day was 7k and I averaged nearly 11k over the last 7 days! I made my goal 8k now – I have to see if I can sustain this before increasing it again. . I exceeded my goal in every category EXCEPT sleep 😴😴.
