Even though we only lost 0.5lbs this week, we feel good about the direction we are moving in. We are developing effective routines and have become a lot more active recently.
We ate out once this week and it was because we couldn’t get home for dinner and had to be at a wedding rehearsal. We went to a deli close to the church and got sandwiches, so we showed a lot of restraint.
Sherrian got a retainer for her jaw/ear/head pain. This was an unexpected expense (she already has a mouth guard for migraines), but at least we have FSA to cover the charges (still our money, though lol).
We have both been more active than ever thanks to setting small goals and competition 😉 Intermittent Fasting has been great for both of us as far as getting on a consistent eating schedule that fits our life!
Sherrian wasn’t able to meet her stretching goal and is going to try again this week. Khaleef met his steps goal – 10k on Saturday and averaging over 20k during the work week. However, he didn’t meet his goal of stretching and small exercises daily. We both have to do better with reminding each other of those missed goals.

I crushed my #stepgoal for the week. I got more than #10000steps 6 days this week. During the work week I averaged over #20ksteps and blew away my previous high. . I was also able to get a “workout” for 6 days this week and I averaged 111 active minutes a day! .
