We lost 3.2lbs last week and we are closing in on another milestone with our weight. Ultimately, we just want to live healthy lives and watch our weight, strength, energy, and other things improve as we go along; but it’s always nice to be able to put numbers to the progress.
We ate out once and had a pretty uneventful week in terms of food. We ate what was in the house and didn’t crave anything that wasn’t here. We both feel really good about how we’ve been eating lately.
It rained here for the entire week and we weren’t able to go for walks together in the evening. Also, the weather and other things had Sherrian feeling horrible – migraines and fibro pain kind of horrible!
I was really proud of myself for keeping up with my lunchtime walks, even in the rain!
Neither one of us was able to hit our goals with exercise (I hit my steps goal, but not exercise) or stretching. We have to make that a focus this week.

Here are my stats from the previous week. Since I wasn’t in “competition mode” my numbers are all down from two weeks ago. My resting heart rate went down a few bpm. I haven’t checked it in previous weeks, so I don’t know if this is a trend or not…I hope so. . I am still working on that sleep number and I actually thought I did better during the week but then the weekend hit and ruined it.
