Another week of trying to lose 250lbs and pay off over $100k in debt has gone by. Are we any closer to hitting our goals?
We lost 2.2lbs this week! However, Sherrian is upset with me about it because I lost 5lbs between “official” weigh-ins, but I base my numbers on the 10-day average.
We had a great week with our eating. We are consistently making healthy choices and since we aren’t doing any fad diet, these habits should stick. We never really eat “bad” at home anyway, it’s just making sure that we aren’t eating out when we are busy and/or exhausted.
We are spending a lot more on groceries and a lot less on eating out, so this change is impacting our finances as well. We’ll be posting some “skinny wallet” updates soon.
I had another work-week of getting over 100k steps! I was a part of two step challenges – I won one and lost the other (by less than 1k steps, UGH).
I did my stretching every evening but did not get a chance to do the non-walking exercises. Sherrian is still having a tough time physically and wasn’t able to keep up with the stretching.
We joined two diet bets so far (if you don’t know what they are then be sure to watch our video) and will probably add in a couple more. They are a great way to stay motivated and be rewarded for hard work.
