Another week of trying to lose 250lbs and pay off over $100k in debt has gone by. We actually saw a gain of 1.8lbs which was a little surprising.
Our eating this week was good overall, but we did eat out twice. We went to a family cookout on Saturday and had a lot of fun while eating healthy. For this week, we planned out all of our meals and will do our grocery shopping based on that meal plan.
Sherrian started her stretching routine (finally), and wants to be consistent to see if it helps. She also had a good week of walking since walking in the evenings more consistently w/ Khaleef.
Khaleef won 2 more step challenges, but still hasn’t been doing the other exercises. He still doesn’t have his testosterone and will be following up with the doctor this week.
Sherrian had CT Scan but won’t know the results for a few days. Khaleef’s stretching has become a part of his daily routine. Sherrian’s goal is to work out a regimented day of sorts (including stretching).
Khaleef wants to keep up his progress and be more active, including doing a more intense workout at least three days a week.
Sherrian played bass for the first time in church because Khaleef set her up, but she was glad he did.
