This has been another rough week for us. Sherrian’s migraines haven’t slowed down and neither of us are sleeping well.
We are still waiting for everything to be processed for Sherrian to get her Spring TMS working. We are still praying for relief from the migraines and for her to be able to function well.
She is going to have a sleep study done – they are much better than in the past, thanks to technology. She explains the procedure in the video below.
Since I haven’t had Testosterone in over 3 months, I went for bloodwork the other day to see where my levels are. I am hoping this will explain why I am exhausted much of the time and I can crash at random times.
I will be in California this week to attend a conference for pastors and elders this week. I’ll probably post a lot on IG.

I was pretty active last week despite feeling exhausted for much of the time! My average steps was more than 1500 over my daily goal, and I also crushed the average man (using the #shealth app) in active minutes and steps. . I saw an increase in every activity measure except “total sports duration”. I’ll have to get in more real exercise for that to go up. . Sleep!! I averaged less than 5 hours a night last week. That’s almost 2 hours a night less than the previous week. I’ll be talking about sleep tonight when we go live at 8pm on IG. . Walking at lunch is nice, but I need to do more things that will increase my heart rate by a lot. We’ll see what I can add either when I’m away or when I get back.
