Our last week felt like we were in a whirlwind. Here were some of the highlights:
Sherrian is still dealing with consistent migraines. We were finally able to fill the prescription for the Spring TMS device that has been helping. Unfortunately, that meant paying $2,100 (well worth it, though) since it isn’t covered by insurance!
Her fibromyalgia pains have increased as well. Too bad there isn’t a $2,000 device that we can use to give her relief.
She had her sleep study done and it will be a week or two before we get the results.
She also started Intermittent Fasting last week and has seen success with it already.
I was out in California over the last week and I have not recovered from traveling back. The return flight was the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever had and it really beat my body up. That combined with the activity of the conference and the Low Testosterone that I’ve been dealing with has made the last two days very difficult.
I got the results of the bloodwork, and as I already suspected, my testosterone is extremely low. I’m going to see my doctor this Friday about it, so hopefully I’ll get back on testosterone replacement therapy soon
Because of the time constraints this week due to my travel and the fact that we both feel HORRIBLE, we aren’t doing a video this week on YT or going live on IG.
Here are my stats from the last week – they aren’t nearly as accurate as before since I lost my watch on the plane 🙁
I lost my #GearFit2 when getting off the plane last week, so my steps are understated by 50-60%. Also, I am no longer able to track my sleep or heart rate, so these updates will be pretty boring until I can save up for a replacement. . Since I was walking around at a conference for 12 hours a day last week, I know that I was more active than usual!
