My wife asked me this weekend about starting Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6 workout program with her today! You may recall that we had been doing Leslie Sansone’s Walk Slim – 4 Fast Miles and Leslie Sansone’s Walk At Home – 5 Mile Walk DVDs thus far.
A couple of times directly after the Leslie Sansone workouts I felt winded, and sore once! However, it usually wasn’t until the next day that any soreness began to set in. Slim in 6, on the other hand, had my muscles sore during the workout! I feel like I can barely walk due to the pain in my quads!
I’ve done the slim in 6 workout in the past (well, 3 weeks of it anyway), and it took a couple of weeks before I could walk normal after a workout! I am hoping that if we push through it for the next two weeks, we will be able to move on to the second step in this series.
I am definitely dreading tomorrow morning! We are having a few people from our church over for dinner tomorrow evening, and so we are planning to wake up early in the morning and workout! That means less than 12 hours between these grueling workouts.
Well, one thing is for sure…I shouldn’t have any trouble sleeping tonight!

LOL I’ve never heard about this workout but you sound like me after I go back to the gym after a long break. Takes at least a week to start feeling human again and walk like a normal person. Good Luck to you!

Thanks! I hope that I can overcome this feeling. Unfortunately, I got so busy over the last week, that I wasn’t able to keep up with the workout!
Stick with it! I’ve gotten the best results from those types of workouts where I’m sore right away. I notice I have results lasting even into the next few days. Good luck!

Well, once I can organize myself better, then I should see some benefits. I plan to update the site every day from now on!
