If you remember my weigh in from last week (linked below), you’ll know that I wasn’t expecting anything to change with this current weigh in. All of the chaos that surrounded the last two months for us didn’t really end last week. Although, we made attempts to get back into our normal routines, we are still playing “catch up”.
I won’t pick on my buddy Jessica this week. By the way, she blogs over at Budget For Health, and she has quickly become one of my favorite writers – so please take a moment to visit her blog.
I’ll just remind you that I am actually recording myself stepping onto the scale now – just so you can see the number right when I see it (just ignore the fact that I recorded the video on Monday morning ;0)).

I had no idea what to expect from the scale this time, but after the stretch that I’ve had over the past few weeks (actually, 5 or 6 weeks), I didn’t think it would be good. I’m actually a little shocked that it wasn’t higher. Here are the numbers (if you want to see the details for all weeks, just click here)…

Week 0 (First Weigh In) – 287
Week 4– 276.4
Week 8 – 266.6
Week 12 – 258.6
Week 16 – 256.0
Week 20 – 258.0
Week 24 – 253.8
Week 28 – 248.0
Week 33 – 250.2
Week 34 – 250.2!!!
I stayed at exactly the same weight as last week. With all that was going on, I’m actually a little surprised that I didn’t have a small gain. I guess eating right paid off. I knew that I wouldn’t have a loss, so there really isn’t more for me to say.
I am just hoping to drop back under 250 for week 35! This keeps my 34-week weight loss total at 36.8 lbs, and 41.8 lbs from my all-time high.
