It’s time for another weigh in. Before we get to that, let me give a brief recap of my week. There really isn’t a lot for me to tell, since I already gave you a midweek update when I posted about my trip to the doctor.
I continued to eat well and run every day. In fact, I made a video of my attempt to do a 4 mile jog, with limited walking “breaks” (I even make an embarrassing confession about body image):
I was really good this past week with my jogging workouts. I think I only missed one day, Sunday – my planned day off. I did very well with eating as well, and I was able to track every meal that I had with the exception of one (and I still know how many calories that was)!
I still hate running, but probably not as much as I did before. I think that once I am able to do my strength training, I will continue to run…maybe 3 or 4 times a week.
I am going to start making videos of my meals, workouts, weigh ins, and other things that come up regarding health and nutrition – I already have close to 60 videos up. With that said, I guess it’s time for a commercial for my YouTube channel.

I lost 3.2 lbs over the past week! I haven’t seen a drop like that in a while so I am pretty excited. Although, I don’t want to celebrate too soon, since I need to consistently lose weight in order to truly break through this plateau.
I am going to the doctor tomorrow (Wednesday) for my follow up appointment. We will check out the progress of my right shoulder and he will take hisfirst lookat the left one. I’ll let you guys know the outcome (probably in another “brief” video).
My 37-week weight loss total is now at 41.0 lbs, and 46.0 lbs from my all-time high.
