You may remember that last week I wrote about how I had gotten sick and wasn’t able to work out in the beginning of the week. Well, the 2nd half of my week was no better as far as working out. I had obligations each day that made it impossible for me to work out in the evening. So my only hope was to do it in the morning before going to work.
Unfortunately, I got in the house after midnight every evening and I wasn’t able to wake up early to work out. I usually weigh myself on Monday morning, but since I wasn’t home I had to do it today. I gained 1.6lbs in a week!!! I am extremely motivated to get rid of this weight now!
When I get home tonight, I plan to do the Debbie Siebers’ Slim In 6 workout and blast through it! I also plan to do minimal work for my business tonight (I still have to do a little tax preparation) so I can go to bed early and do it again in the morning.
I can’t let any more time slip away from me. So I am going to start paying more attention to exactly what goes into my body. I am eating much better than I was a few years ago, but I want to know how many calories, protein, carbohydrates, sodium, etc is going into my body each day.
I want to know that I am doing everything in my power to drop this extra 100lbs and get into shape! Time is going by so fast, so I want to be able to look back in a few months and feel like it took no time to drop 50lbs!
