So here we are. The moment where I embarrass myself in front of the entire world! A fat guy trying to push up nearly 300 lbs…100 times in a row 😯 ! Actually, since this is my initial video, you may only see me do 1 or 2 push ups.
We have had 17 challenger videos go up on the site so far. Check out our 100 push ups challenge page in order to see them all.
My push ups video was taken in the beginning of November, before I started my current workout & diet routine. I have lost 24.6 lbs since then, and I am in much better shape! However, I don’t think I can do a lot more push ups than I did in this video. I guess I need to add a specific push ups training to my normal workout routine in order to increase this number.
I always knew that I was ridiculously fat, but this video just slaps me in the face. I have to be honest with you…I almost didn’t post it! Instead, I was going to film another one real quick and throw that up here. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to post the original one – I think it’s good for me to see how bad I really was. Actually, I was even heavier (292 lbs) at my worst…remember, I’m only 5’6″!!!
Alright, here we go with the video!
Name: Fat Guy

I have nothing to say except that I love my wife for trying to encourage me, even when I look pitiful; and I hope to do much better in the next video!
You can see how my nemesis, The Crazy Runner, did in her initial video by clicking on the link. Be sure to cheer all of the challengers on, and give them encouragement and tips.
Also, don’t forget that I have opened up the Fat Guy, Skinny Wallet Facebook page for your tips, trash talking, encouragement, advice, questions, and routines! Just go to http://fatguyonfacebook.com, hit “like”, and get a discussion started.
I will be posting a recap of the first round soon, so you can see all of the stats in one place.
