The last two weeks were rough. During the first week, my wife was out of town until Wednesday evening. Then, my great-grandmother passed away on that Tuesday, and we had to drive over 10 hours away on early Saturday morning to attend the funeral. We didn’t get back until the middle of last week – which explains why there hasn’t been much activity on the site recently, and why I missed my week 32 weigh in.
Because of all of this traveling and the disruption of my normal routine for two weeks, I wasn’t able to continue with the new workout. However, I still managed to do a workout (similar to my “marine workout”) while in the hotel each morning. I actually recorded a video right after one of my hotel workouts…
I did something a little different for this weigh in – I actually record myself stepping onto the scale so you can see the number for yourself. So, I am hoping that you don’t just scroll down to the bottom of the page (yes, that means you, Jessica), but actually watch the video to see what the scale has to say.

I had no idea what to expect from the scale this time, but after the stretch that I’ve had over the past few weeks (actually, 5 or 6 weeks), I didn’t think it would be good. I’m actually a little shocked that it wasn’t higher. Here are the numbers (if you want to see the details for all weeks, just click here)…

Week 0 (First Weigh In) – 287
Week 4– 276.4
Week 8 – 266.6
Week 12 – 258.6
Week 16 – 256.0
Week 20 – 258.0
Week 24 – 253.8
Week 28 – 248.0
Week 31 – 249.4
Week 33 – 250.2!!!
So, I gained 0.8 lbs over the past 2 weeks. I am actually quite happy with that, considering everything that went on. I am still trying to catch up with a lot of things right now, so I haven’t been able to work out much this week, so I don’t even know what to expect on Monday. However, I have been eating pretty well this week (you can see everything that I’ve eaten during the week on my YouTube channel), so I am hoping to drop back under that dreaded 250 mark.
This brings my 33-week weight loss total to 36.8 lbs, and 41.8 lbs from my all-time high.
