It’s time for another weekly weigh in. As far as eating goes, I had an excellent week once again! I didn’t eat any fast food and, since we don’t buy any unhealthy groceries, I ate nothing but healthy meals and snacks all week. <—I am really hoping that I can repeat this phrase each week.
Well, there was the pizza that we had on Friday night while hanging out with family. I didn’t go crazy as I would have in the past, so that was pretty encouraging.
I was able to stick with intermittent fasting all week, and it was actually pretty easy. Of course, there will be the late night temptations, but they didn’t overtake me as they have in the past.
I was able to get in more workouts during the week, and I am getting closer to getting back on track after that shoulder injury threw me off so much! I did a few more Tae Bo workouts, and I also was able to return to my “marine workout” (minus the push ups). In fact, here is a video that I did one day last week after my first interval training session in a few months:
As you can see, I have been consistently making videos of my meals, workouts, weigh ins, and other things that come up regarding health and nutrition (or New Jersey accents) – so make sure you are subscribed to my YouTube channel.
I didn’t have time to record a weigh in video this morning, so I just took a picture of myself on the scale and then recorded my thoughts on the drive to work.

I can’t really complain about a 2.6 lb loss. I did see 234 back in week 41, but so many things happened after that, that I don’t even remember getting that low. As I said above, I started back with my interval training, so as I get into a good routine with those, running, and the DVDs, I expect to see even better results.
I feel like I am starting to get back into a grove, and if ‘Big Mo’ decides to get on my side, I may be able to see great results!
My 48-week weight loss total is now at 52.2 lbs, and 57.2 lbs from my all-time high.
