Hey guys. I just realized that I haven’t been posting the slideshows of my weekly food diaries on this site. I’ve been putting them up on my YouTube channel, and posting the pictures in real-time on Instagram, but I have neglected the blog.
Well, since you have a few weeks to catch up on, I’ll keep the writing to a minimum.
Since I have been having such a hard time lately both physically and mentally, I wanted to have meals which were a lot more convenient than I had in the past. This was a part of my plan to get through this stretch until I start treatment for what’s going on.
So, as you look at the meals, keep that in mind. My normal eating involves about 90-95% whole (unprocessed) foods in a greater balance and variety than what I have been eating lately.
